Payment Due Dates
Students must pay their tuition and fees by the due date. Madison College does not offer payment plan options. Account balance information is available online in their myMadisonCollege Student Center account.
Degree credit courses are billed electronically to student's Madison College email accounts; students will not receive a paper invoice. Non-degree courses are billed by mail.

Non-payment does not result in a student being dropped from a class. It is the responsibility of the student to take action to officially drop class(es) for any qualified reduction or refund of their fees in accordance with the Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) Refund/Reduction Policy.
