A record of student tuition, material fees, & supplemental fee payments for tax purposes is called a 1098-T. The 1098-T provides an official record of qualified tuition payments from the previous year.
Students are encouraged to grant consent to receive their 1098-T online in their myMadisonCollege Student Center. Once consent has been granted, it does not need to be granted again for the following year.
1098-T's are expected to be available towards the end of January, but no later than January 31. If online consent is not granted, the 1098-T will be mailed out by January 31. Students are responsible for keeping their mailing address and contact information current in their myMadisonCollege Student Center. Students can enter mailing address changes online via the Student Center.
